Existing methods for searching in image data are being further developed within the framework of the FID BAUdigital and adapted to the requirements of the users. These include methods for the automatic indexing of images to support searches in larger data sets, as well as further methods for filtering images, such as the location and architectural style of buildings, the time at which photos were taken, and estimating the spatial depth in a single photo.
