As a subject librarian in a university library, you are the contact person for the relevant departments and know what questions, challenges and requirements the researchers at your institution have. The Specialised Information Services BAUdigital sees itself as a communicator that aims to support open access publishing in the disciplines of civil engineering, architecture and urban studies by providing advice and acting as a mediator. We would like to introduce you to our current and planned service offerings, which can complement your local consulting services. Afterwards, we would like to invite you to a department-specific exchange about the publication cultures in the B.A.U. disciplines: What do you see as specifics, challenges, or even "gaps" in attracting researchers to open access publishing?
